Thank you Vigorous Thai Massage for a wonderful foot massage. It was the perfect way to finish a long day at work. I especially liked being seated near the window so everyone could see me enjoy my massage. Until next time.
I am a massage therapist myself, so I know a good therapist. I have combination massage for 60min the treatments kept my back, neck, and hands pain free and ready to work on my own clients. The masseurs high skill level, friendly and professional.

We went to your place in West Melbourne last Saturday and we had really bad experience.
We made a booking last Friday (05/08/2011) night, and got confirmed over the phone that the booking is done for a couple’s massage in a couple’s room @ 4pm Saturday (06/08/2011). The next day, at 3.30pm Saturday, we were already on our way to your place, a guy called and said if it is ok to delay our appointment. As we’re on our way and we had another appointment after this, we could not delay it. The point I want to make here is that it is not whether we have another thing to do after this. Once the appointment is confirmed, it should be carried out accordingly. It should not be changed because you have other walk-in clients.
We arrived in your place @ 3.50pm. We paid and waited @ the front desk. 15mins later, we were taken to a room with a single bed on the floor. The couple’s room we’ve been last time was obviously engaged. We are not here to complain about the single bed, as we’ve been to Thailand, and we know lots of massage places having mattress lying on the floor. What we want to complain here is that we asked for a couple’s room, and what we did end up with was a single bed. That means, my husband and I would need to do this massage separately. So, what’s the point to make a booking then? If our booking is confirmed with the couple’s room, why we were not given what was promised?
We were so upset to see this happened and we took our money back and left. I could tell you this was not our first time to your place. My husband and I are a big fans of Thai massage, and we had really good experience last time at your place. It was that good experience making us going back to the same place. But what we ended up with was the bad experience which you would rarely be getting in Australia.
Thanks for spending your valuable time to read my complaints. It would be really appreciated if you could put effort to improve your customer service, because a good Thai massage is not all about massage. It is both the technics and the service that customers value.
We are working really hard keep our service to the highest standard as possible. we accepted the compilation and we will bring this to improved our service to the best as possible. and we are truly apologise that this situation happened to you.
