Relaxation Massage
For an absolutely peaceful experience to clear the mind and
soothe the body, try our Relaxation massage. This is an oil
based massage that is both soft, gentle and relaxing.
It involves slow hand movements at a medium level of
pressure.
It is preferable that this massage is performed on the bench rather than the mat. When the massage is over you should feel relaxed and calmed.
After the massage we freshen up with a hot steam towel. Before any massage please notify us of any health problems or concerns you may have.
